another blog?

sometimes i'm trying to create another blog. in slovak. it is not so easy. if i want to have everything localized, i have to translate whole engine. it always took the most of time and of course it's impossible to translate it at all. well, then i have to make or edit some nice template; but i'm not satisfied with it so much... and when i get totally angry, i delete it completely. it's always like this. do i need another one? just because i want to write in motherlanguage? but then you will not understand a word. i don't need it.
