maybe you have noticed that i wrote in february that i quit smoking. well, i really quit. i didn't smoke after that post. how is it possible? i don't know, i just enjoy non-smoking, but it also had bad consequences. what i mean? during my smoking time (10 years) i was able to eat a lot. but when i end with cigarettes, my belly was getting bigger and bigger; until i rip my trousers while sitting. after that time i realized i have to quit being an food-grinder. last 15 days i eat healthier and lose some visible kilos. but i'm still not perfect, i am lazy to do some exercises. can you advice me some motivation?
