mailbox

i live in house with around 12 flats. almost every neighbor is young. russian, morrocanes, spanish. they don't care about their mailbox. well, we have no mailbox actually. almost two months we dont have it in entrance. why? well, someone steal it; so the envelopes are lying on the floor until someone throw them away. parents sent me a package with some things, but i didn't get delivery notification, so i don't have it. maybe someone put it to trash. yesterday i saw there minimum 20 envelopes. everyday more. they don't care if they have bills over there or something. what if i have next day also an envelope there and someone will throw it away? nobody care
